Q1. What exactly is RainbowHand?
RainbowHand is a multifunctional programmable hardware board. It’s a pure physical device that can be used for office automation, video editing shortcuts, automated clicking for purchases, and recoil-control training in FPS games.
Q2. Is RainbowHand a cheat, macro or aimbot?
No. RainbowHand does not include any built-in cheats, aimbots or game-hacking software. It doesn’t inject into your games or modify game files. It’s a hardware accessory that works with your hand and your mouse.
Q3. Will RainbowHand get my account banned?
RainbowHand itself does not install software or scripts and does not modify your game.
However, every game and platform has its own rules about macros and external devices. You are responsible for using RainbowHand in a way that complies with the terms of service and competition rules you play under.
Q4. Do I need to install any software or drivers?
No extra drivers are required. Configuration is done through a web-based interface, similar to how some modern keyboards use web configuration tools.
Q5. Which games does RainbowHand work best with?
RainbowHand is designed for PC titles with continuous recoil, such as Apex Legends, CS2, Call of Duty, Valorant, Delta Force and other FPS / TPS games.
Effect will vary by weapon, recoil pattern and your own aim.
Q6. Does RainbowHand aim for me automatically?
No. RainbowHand does not move your mouse or produce automatic aim.
It provides a more stable, consistent base and damping effect so your manual recoil control feels smoother, especially during long sprays.
Q7. My mouse doesn’t move after I plug it in. What should I do?

Make sure you followed the connection order: right cable → left cable → mouse.

Check that the USB port and cables are firmly connected.

Wait about 1 minute for your PC to recognize the device.

Q8. Is my mouse compatible with RainbowHand?
Most major-brand gaming mice work fine. If you have connection issues after confirming cables, ports and firmware are OK, please contact us with your exact mouse model so we can check compatibility.

Tournament rules vary a lot. Some events allow external devices, some don’t.
RainbowHand does not try to hide itself from anti-cheat, and we do not guarantee tournament legality.
